Head of Security Operations

We are seeking a Head of Security Operations to protect the organization's digital assets by ensuring continuous visibility and rapid response to cyber threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Master's degree in information security or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years previous experience in hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident response, threat detection and SOC management
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, defining operational KPIs, and leading high-pressure incident response efforts
• Experience in leading and coordinating responses to major security incidents, including post-incident analysis and executive reporting
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices
• Strong expertise in SIEM solutions
• Certifications and training in specific defense solutions
• Certified in CISSP, GSOM, GSOC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA
