Senior Software Engineer

MotorK is building the next generation of its unified platform and seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Platform Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of core platform components and work with a diverse tech stack.

Requirements

• Contribute to the design and implementation of core platform components, including cross-product data flows and scalable shared services.
• Collaborate on our deployment and delivery practices with a strong DevOps mindset.
• Build reliable, maintainable solutions with a clear focus on long-term scalability.
• Work across a diverse tech stack: Java, Python, Angular/React/Vue, AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor and various LLMs to support development and improve team effectiveness.
• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development experience with solid expertise in Java.
• Practical experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud environments using container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including secure coding practices, testing, and clear documentation.
• Interest and experience in applying GenAI tools to enhance development workflows.
