Silvus Technologies is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the legal and contracts department. The successful individual will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing deadlines, document processing, and preparation to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 2 years of legal administrative assistant, paralegal, or business operations experience
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple deadlines
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including reading comprehension
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong legal drafting skills and attention to detail to assist with writing and revising contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
