Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our UK Field Service Organization, responsible for system configuration, verification testing, and support for Motorola's solutions. The successful candidate will have experience with complex IP products and systems, as well as strong technical and communication skills.
Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years' deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems
- Experience with installation, administration, and troubleshooting of various technologies
- TCP/IP Networking Qualification
- Tetra systems based knowledge
- Server Virtualization
- Database Servers
- Server Operating Systems
- Network Switches
- Firewalls and Routers
- Storage Systems
- Server Hardware
