Deployment Engineer

Deployment Engineer position at Motorola Solutions in Bangalore, India. Responsibilities include software deployment, optimization, troubleshooting, acceptance and support of communication systems solutions. Requirements include experience with wireless communications and/or computer/networking in a Critical Communications environment, knowledge of communications systems, and proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite applications.

Requirements

• Electrical, electronic, telecoms or software specialist with an emphasis on wireless communications and/or computer/networking in a Critical Communications environment
• Knowledge of communications systems
• Proficient in computer network installation, configuration and maintenance to include routers, switches, firewalls and bridges
• Skilled in understanding and defining software installation procedures
• Knowledge of wireless and broadband systems is desired
• Knowledge in standard telephony and dedicated data circuits, as well as knowledge of packet switching techniques are complementary
