Director of Product Quality

At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking a Director of Product Quality to lead our Product Quality Team in ensuring world-class product integrity across the entire product lifecycle. This individual will define and execute a multi-year strategy, drive systemic improvements in key performance indicators, and own and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets to minimize COPQ and drive tangible cost reductions in warranty expense.
