Field Engineer responsible for providing high-level technical support, optimization, and documentation for specialized communications systems, including complex RF and Broadband architectures, as well as essential network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Provide advanced technical support for specialized systems and product applications, focusing on troubleshooting software-driven electronics and optimizing performance for RF and Broadband architectures.
- Work with various technologies, including legacy analog, advanced digital P25, and data infrastructure.
- Program, configure, optimize, test, and document complex communications systems.
- Develop and implement solutions for difficult technical challenges encountered during system implementation, upgrades, or support activities.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) routines to ensure proper system operation, focusing on trend analysis and meticulous documentation of results.
