Job Description
The Field Service Technician Co-Op will support the Northeast Field Service Operations Team located in Syracuse, NY, providing technical support on specialized telecommunications systems and public safety product applications.
Requirements
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of mission critical field activities and optimizing efficiency
- Demonstrate an aptitude for Networking and/or Radio Frequency
- Maintain and document complex communications systems
- Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments
- Develop solutions to difficult technical problems encountered as part of system maintenance, upgrades or support issues
- Continuous training in the latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques
