Job Description
Silvus Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic initiatives and analyses across the business by gathering and preparing data for cross-functional teams. The role involves performing variance analysis, preparing clear summaries of financial information, and supporting management in tracking and monitoring performance against relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Up to 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or related role
- Experience with and a desire to learn advanced data manipulation in tools like Excel, Alteryx, and/or Power Query
- Strong foundational analytical mindset with the ability to look deeply into numbers and identify patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others across teams to resolve data and process issues
