Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking an Incident Manager (Arabic speaker) to provide essential field engineering services to AMEA customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges, and ensuring service level and operational key performance indicators are consistently met.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
- Provide high-quality technical and operational support for mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
- Maintain system performance and availability through incident and performance management processes.
- Manage the resource calendar to ensure all Maintenance Agreement (MA) deliverables are fulfilled.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss service availability and performance.
- Address customer comments and inquiries related to specific project aspects or the entire project scope.
- Plan and execute technical tasks according to established instructions and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical design-related issues.
