Job Description
As an Oracle CPQ Business Operations Analyst, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand product requirements and convert them into requirements documents for various ordering systems. You will be responsible for ensuring product configurations are defect-free and orderable, and partner with developers to explain requirements and perform testing once development is complete.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience
- CPQ Certification
- Proficiency in one or more ERP and CRM systems like Oracle
- Experience in process optimization and automation using various technologies (homegrown, RPA, AI)
- Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills
