Requirements
- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of system integration projects
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where required
- Assist in managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
- Support customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in project management tools and systems
- Participate in project meetings and capture key actions and decisions
