Project Management Intern

At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking a Project Management Intern to join the System Integration team in South Africa. The role is designed for recent graduates looking to build a career in project management within a technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of system integration projects
• Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining project plans
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance, operations) to ensure alignment
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where required
• Assist in managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
• Support customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in project management tools and systems
• Participate in project meetings and capture key actions and decisions
