Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Design Engineer to join their Silvus Technologies team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will design RF subsystems for Silvus' StreamCaster MANET product line, working on a team that develops advanced communications technologies for mission-critical applications.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of multi-GHz RF hardware development experience
- Good working knowledge of RF board layout, fabrication, and packaging
- Hands-on experience with solving EMI, harmonics, spurious, and stability issues
- Experience using RF simulation tools (i.e. AWR Microwave Office, Altium)
- Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen) due to U.S. government contracts
