We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. The role requires a strong full-stack background, blending deep backend expertise in Java with modern frontend capabilities (React/Angular) to build highly scalable, high-availability applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and the Spring framework
- Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience building modern, data-driven frontend applications with React or Angular
- Core CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts, Data Structures, and API design (REST, SOA)
- Web Technologies: Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and internet protocols
- Agile Experience: Proven experience working effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Communication: Excellent cross-functional communication skills with advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading)
