Job Description
Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality online technical product training. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, learning experience design, and technical product training.
Requirements
- Analyzing performance needs and designing effective learning solutions
- Designing interactive online training that explains technical concepts and product features
- Developing multimedia assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- Translating complex hardware and software behaviors into intuitive learning materials
- Building strong foundational knowledge of Motorola Solutions' products and workflows
- Partnering with subject matter experts to ensure training alignment
