The Senior Project Manager will manage the end-to-end upgrade and implementation of software products, specifically focusing on Premier One systems. This role coordinates between engineering teams, field resources, and customers to ensure all activities are scheduled and executed to the customer's satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management, specifically managing software upgrades, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong familiarity with Premier One systems and Motorola Solutions products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, ServiceNow (Sno), and Google Workspace.
- Ability to pass a stringent CJIS fingerprint-based background check for access to high-security areas.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required by project needs.
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience with Motorola PremiereOne products a plus
- Capable of obtaining security clearance for onsite customer upgrades
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
