Job Description
Senior Test Engineer / Test Team Lead to own and elevate software quality across all Blue Eye products, with a focus on establishing the right testing strategy, processes, and tooling, and embedding automated tests into delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
- Proven experience establishing or rebuilding testing processes in a complex platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and modern automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience plugging tests into CI/CD with meaningful quality gates; comfortable collaborating with infrastructure teams in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, integration points, and asynchronous/event-driven workflows.
- Ability to influence engineering teams through collaboration and clear technical communication.
