Job Description
The SiSe - New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager role requires managing and coordinating new product activities from initiation to production launch, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously within a matrix organization
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of different products and fulfillment models
- Ability to summarize and clearly communicate project status, complex or technical risks/issues, and team recommendations for work partners as well as senior leaders
- Flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel up to 25%
- PMP certification preferred
