Software Engineer Embedded (Fresh Graduate)

Contribute as a software engineer to design, develop, and enhance software features for two-way radios. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Good C/C++ programming skills and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Understanding of microcontroller operation in embedded systems
• System debugging and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and embedded software development is a plus
• Knowledge of LTE/DMR specifications is advantageous
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across different functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
