Requirements
- Leading testing activities across Factory, Staging, and Production environments
- Establishing and managing test plans in collaboration with customers and deployment teams
- Documenting test progress, creating test exit reports, and reviewing outcomes with customers
- Managing and investigating test defects, ensuring accurate information is available to technical teams for resolution
- Creating acceptance criteria and test cases based on requirements documentation
- Supporting customers during key events, such as go-live, software upgrades, and system outages
- Assisting service management teams in resolving software defects in live service
