We are seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of a major transformation program encompassing Planning, Procurement, Order Management, and Transportation/Logistics.
Requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and system configurations to support supply chain initiatives.
- Lead the design, testing, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Create functional designs, technical specifications, and system configurations to enhance and optimize Oracle EBS (on-prem) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for supply chain systems to resolve issues and ensure continuous operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective system adoption across teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle updates to ensure the organization leverages the latest tools and methodologies.
