Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Director, Product Solutions to lead select new product initiatives, translating emerging technologies and customer needs into clear, actionable solutions. The role is responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, while aligning engineering, business goals, and cross-functional teams. The position also drives innovation through technology research and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end conceptualization of new product initiatives
- Take primary ownership of the product lifecycle for select solutions
- Define and manage the technical product roadmap for specific portfolios
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand customer needs
- Research and recommend new technologies for possible inclusion in our solutions and/or business
