Sales Completion Specialist

We're looking for a Sales Completion Specialist to join our team at Motorway, a used car marketplace. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing expert with a passion for helping people and a talent for negotiation.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping people and a talent for building solid rapport.
• A proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in your negotiation skills, whether you're on the phone or typing away on email.
• The ability to work to a high standard and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve worked with targets and KPIs.
