Job Description
The Accounts Officer General Accounting is responsible for recording and processing current accounting operations and producing financial statements. He must be able to analyze financial data and identify trends to assist in decision-making.
Requirements
- Record and assign accounting operations
- Enter and post various operations
- Control and validate batches
- Follow-up and update provisions and subscriptions (Opex)
- Monthly follow-up of costs recognized as advances (Opex)
- Follow-up and verification of bank revaluations
- Update annual revaluations
- Follow-up and update of fixed assets
- Follow-up of fixed assets and coherence of amortizations
- Follow-up and update of fixed assets under IFRS 16
- Fixed asset variation table
- Reconciliation of fixed asset inventories
- Establish periodic declarations: fiscal, parafiscal
- Elaboration of annual administrative and fiscal files
- Respect of the Group's internal control rules
