Job Description
The Administrative & Statutory Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinates receptionist and attendant duties, data protection compliance, board meeting preparation, and liaison with banks and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law & Management or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Administrative Assistant or Legal Assistant
