Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Associate System Administrator to provide operational and security support across our IT systems and collaboration platforms.
Requirements
- Provide 24/5 support for directory, identity, collaboration, and messaging services
- Manage user lifecycle tasks, access controls, groups, and permissions
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues
- Implement changes, maintain configurations, and document operational findings
- Support security operations: monitor alerts, investigate threats, assist in incident response, and maintain logs
- Contribute to problem management, service improvements, and knowledge base updates
