Job Description
The international group of investors creating a new retailer brand on Mauritian market is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and highly capable Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman/CoFounder.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman in all areas of business management and strategic execution.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and analyses using advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Support operational projects, including fieldwork, travel coordination, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Manage scheduling, task follow-ups, and sensitive correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute to the companys growth by supporting transformation and expansion projects across the retail network.
