Job Description
We are looking for a competent and motivated IT Officer to join an amazing team, providing end-user support, managing IT assets, and maintaining network and telephony systems.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Experience and training in troubleshooting and providing IT end-user support
- Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills
