Job Description
Our client is looking for a System Engineer to work on non-customer facing alerting tickets, proactively monitor customer environments, and continuously improve their environments by implementing new features or policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration
- Windows Servers and its roles (Active Directory, File Servers, Remote Desktop Services, etc.)
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365
- Strong work ethic
- Security-first approach in work
- Ability to follow new feature releases and bring continuous improvements
- Ability to contribute to existing documentations and processes
- Ability to tackle urgent tasks while keeping cool
- Microsoft Certifications (a big advantage)
