Administrative Assistant I - Stem Cell Institute

The Black Family Stem Cell Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide administrative support services to the department.

Requirements

• Serve as an intermediary between supervisor and other departmental staff
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and travel arrangements
• Maintain employee and/or patient files
• Process payroll and/or maintain the PTO system
• Track expiration dates of staff's professional licensure
