The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center is seeking a School Based Health Center Attending Physician/Adolescent Medicine Faculty. The successful candidate will provide and oversee medical services, coordinate day-to-day operations, and work in a collaborative environment. Requirements

• Direct Patient Care: Outpatient setting.
• Provide direct care to patients that is consistent with the goals and evidenced-based standards established for the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, in accordance with safety regulations and protocols identified by Mount Sinai Hospital and within the scope of professional license;
• Illustrative Job Responsibilities include A. Direct Patient Care, B. Documentation/Charting and Coding, C. Training/Continuing Education and Credentialing, D. Quality Assurance, Teaching, and Research, E. School Relationships, F. Other, and G. Adolescent Medicine Faculty Activities.
