Director, Corporate Development

The Director, Corporate Development will lead the end-to-end process of evaluating and executing strategic opportunities to drive growth of revenue and margin for Mount Sinai Health System. This includes opportunity leadership, interface with internal and external stakeholders, analytics, business case development, contract evaluation, and negotiations.

• Leadership experience in corporate development or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
