Director- Program Management- MSHS

The Director of Program Management is responsible for leading the direction and management of business and operational activities of the assigned department, medical care unit or division. The role supports the Strategic Program Office by driving the day-to-day execution of enterprise programs that advance Mount Sinai’s tripartite mission of clinical excellence, research innovation, and education.

Requirements

• Lead the daily coordination of complex, multi-year programs involving key business domains such as clinical, operational, and financial.
• Partner with clinical, research, and academic leadership to ensure program alignment with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate work across project teams and workstreams, including external consultancies, aligning timelines, resolving conflicts, and managing interdependencies across projects.
