Job Description
Job title: Nurse Practitioner-SICU/TICU - Mount Sinai Hospital-Full Time - Day. Assess the health status of patients/families, diagnose and treat conditions, and prescribe medications. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs and diagnoses.
Requirements
- Licensure: New York State License with current registration as a registered nurse.
- State Certification: Certified by the New York State Department of Education as a Nurse Practitioner with current registration as follows:
- Education: Master's degree program designed to prepare a NP to diagnose, treat, and prescribe for a patient's condition that falls within their specialty area of practice or the successful completion of an approved supplemental education program.
- Experience: Previous progressive experience relevant to the area of clinical practice required.
