Job Description
The Supervisor III is responsible for training, supervising, and evaluating administrative and other subordinate staff, assisting the director in report creation and projects, and prioritizing work to meet administrative and billing needs.
Requirements
- Manages day-to-day operations of the office or practice
- Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines, and discharges subordinate personnel
- Reviews and initiates work to meet administrative and/or billing needs
- Works with Administrator or Manager to review office/practice operations and create/review policies and procedures
- Maintains currency in applicable computer programs
