The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating business, administrative, and general office activities. Provides direct supervision for assigned staff and ensures the successful coordination and delivery of business activity and service within the department.
Requirements
- Plans and schedules work for contract management, finance and administrative staff
- Provides work direction, guidance, coaching and training for staff
- Establishes, reviews and revises work processes and procedures
- Makes recommendations regarding fiscal and staffing requirements
- Compiles information reflecting expenditures and develops comparisons
- Assists in the development of new methods, procedures and/or processes
- Establishes and maintains liaison with other departments
- Fosters an environment of open communication and team work
- Ensures compliance with department and organization policies & procedures
- Supervises and coordinates various personnel activities
- Performs other related duties
