Maintenance Worker I (2nd Shift)

Perform maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections as assigned by supervisor. May operate heavy equipment and maintain tools. Requires physical activity and ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of experience
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and general repairs
• 3+ years of experience in a specific trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical) preferred
