Job Description
MTC Mount Talent Consulting is looking for a Customer Analytics professional with experience in data management, customer lifecycle management, and analytics techniques. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 4-7 years of experience.
Requirements
- Data management skills (e.g. data modeling, data integrity QA/QC)
- Customer lifecycle management, segmentation, acquisition, growth, retention
- Promotion effectiveness, pricing, store performance
- Market Mix modeling, campaign effectiveness
- Experience in core analytics techniques (one or more of the following): Statistics, variable reduction, segmentation/clustering techniques, predictive modeling
