Head Digital Sales - Fortune 100 Enterprise

MTC is seeking a Head Digital Sales for a Fortune 100 Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in digital sales, with a strong background in marketing and agency work. The role requires leading new business and sales efforts across verticals, with a focus on C-level and senior-level business and technical executives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital sales
• Post Graduate from Tier 1 B-schools
• 7+ years of experience in designing solutioning and sales for enterprise level digital solutions on web-commerce and e-commerce domain
• Strong industry connections at the C-level
• Experience targeting specific account or set of accounts
• Ability to work well with Internal Client Partners
• Experience evangelizing the importance of digital in creating innovative customer touch points and new business opportunities
• Experience supporting the design of customer journeys that weave together the brand with digital and traditional content, commerce, and community into a cohesive lifecycle experience
• Experience breaking down functional boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization
• Ability to embed new metrics into the business to measure success at the customer and brand level
