Mountain Community Health is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact at our primary care clinic in Bristol.

Requirements

• Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
• Perform administrative tasks related to medical records, referrals, and insurance verification
• Support smooth front office operations in a busy primary care setting
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
