Mental Health Clinician- AMFT/ASW/LMFT/LCSW/APCC

Mountain Valley Child and Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinician / Therapist to provide direct mental health services and documentation to an assigned caseload. The therapist will provide assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation of care, as well as participate in team meetings and trainings. The ideal candidate will have a MA/MS in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Requirements

• Provide individual therapy to clients
• Complete client assessment, treatment plan, and documentation
• Develop effective discharge plan for clients
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Provide crisis response and intervention as necessary
