Requirements
- Mentor and support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence
- Treat clients with respect and dignity
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation depending on individual needs
- Engage in meaningful activities and outings with individuals to enhance their quality of life
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals under your care
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status
