Job Description
Mountain Valley Developmental Services is seeking a Full Time Residential Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in leading self-directed lives and contributing to the community. Responsibilities include mentoring and supporting individuals, providing daily living activities, and encouraging attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
Requirements
- High School GED or Diploma
- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs
- Knowledge of first aid, medications, and basic medical procedures
- CNA certification or interest in becoming CNA certified
