EDI Analyst

EDI Analyst needed to support and enhance electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, ensuring seamless communication between internal systems and external partners, including customers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a process-improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Manage and support all EDI transactions, including setup, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and optimize EDI integrations with customers, carriers, and vendors (e.g., 204, 210, 214, 990 transactions)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve EDI-related issues
• Analyze EDI errors and implement corrective actions to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Work with external partners to onboard new EDI connections and maintain existing relationships
• Monitor EDI system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and workflows
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and process automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company data integrity requirements
