Job Description
The LPN (LPN) provides individualized and family-centered nursing care to elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents, integrating technical skills and knowledge to meet individual needs and fostering a culture of wellness. The role involves direct care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and ensuring resident safety and comfort, with direct patient care tasks handled by LPNs.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
- Current valid LPN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
- Must have experience in a long-term care setting preferred
