Job Description
The Project Coordinator coordinates Retail Replacement projects from contract through to resolution of post-installation service issues. Responsible for coordinating order entry, purchasing, scheduling, delivery, installation, and recovery of customer orders.

- Scheduling installation of Mountain West products
- Purchasing products from vendors and corporate manufacturing facilities
- Scheduling and releasing completed product
- Coordinating delivery of customer orders
- Managing recovery process for shortages and damaged products
- External and internal customer contact
- Scheduling service appointments
- Ordering Parts
- Recording key dates and activities related to a Retail Replacement project
