Manager, Engineering

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Behavioral team at Movable Ink, responsible for building scalable systems that process high-volume event data and power real-time marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3-5 years managing engineers
• Strong experience designing and operating distributed or event-driven systems
• Demonstrated success building scalable backend services in cloud environments
• Familiarity with systems that process high-volume event data
• Strong focus on operational excellence
• Clear communicator and collaborator
