The Movement Innovation Collaborative (MIC) is seeking an Organizing Strategy & Innovation Program Manager to support the development and implementation of program strategy, manage core projects, and coordinate operational logistics. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in program management, a strong commitment to racial justice and transformative structural change in California, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience in program management, development or administration
- Strong commitment to MIC’s mission of racial justice and transformative structural change in California
- High-level of cultural awareness and experience building trusted relationships and working with different demographic groups and diverse regions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate raw data into actionable lessons using an array of technical tools
