Job Description
Movement is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer II to prepare and send closing instructions within 24 hours of being assigned a closing file, confirm underwriting closing and funding conditions, and verify loan compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in the Closing field
- Mortgage industry experience preferred, especially working knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as FHA/VA loan products
