Jumbo Scenario Desk Sr Underwriter

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Prime, Jumbo, NON-QM and Conventional underwriting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of Investor guidelines and overlays
• Meeting company turn times and metrics
• Navigation of multiple Investor portals
• Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and critical thinking
• Effective, proactive, and precise verbal and written communication
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage time, problem solve, and work independently
• Initiative-taking attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry standards and development
